Treatment of infertility depends on the cause, how long a couple has been infertile, age and many personal preferences. Some causes of infertility can’t be corrected. However, with advancement of Assisted Reproductive Techniques, a woman may still become pregnant with planned treatment.
Infertility treatment involves significant physical, emotional and time commitment. Often there is a misconception that all Fertility treatment are costly.
IVF, ICSI and other such procedure do involve some cost, but there are other options that can be explored before such treatment is prescribed. Doctor’s at our clinic do not prescribe a treatment until necessary.
Discussion of Important Aspects with Partner
Before the start of Infertility Treatment, Talk to your partner about how far you want to go with the treatment. For example, you may want to try medicine but don’t want to have surgery. While you may change your mind during your treatment, it’s good to have an idea where you want to draw the line so that you do not feel forced for any option. Keep in mind that wanting children is a very personal decision and Doctor’s at our Clinic will always honor your decision.
